Yes. The Lab works for women who are just starting and for women who already have clients but know something is not working. If you are undercharging, working with the wrong clients, or feel like your business is too dependent on your time, the positioning and structure work inside the Lab is exactly what you need.
No. Many women join the Lab without a fully formed idea. What you do need is a genuine desire to build something and the willingness to do the work. The onboarding session with Sinead is specifically designed to help you identify your strongest starting point based on your skills and experience.
The Lab is designed to work around real life. Fortnightly live calls run for approximately 90 minutes. Outside of that, the curriculum is self-paced. Most women dedicate 2 to 3 hours per week. It is structured to be consistent without being overwhelming.
Both options include the full program. Pay in full saves you $245 and also includes a bonus Fast Movers Intensive call with Sinead plus priority onboarding support. If you are ready to commit and want to move quickly, pay in full is the better option.
The curriculum is self-paced and the Telegram community and coaching calls are there to keep you moving. Sinead builds businesses designed around real life. She understands that things come up. The structure of the Lab is intentionally designed so that falling behind does not mean falling out.
Results vary depending on where you start and how much you implement.
