Payments & Payment Plans

you are committing to the full payment amount, not a month-to-month service

failed payments may result in suspended access to programs, resources, coaching calls, or community spaces until payments are brought up to date

overdue invoices may be referred to debt collection if required

We reserve the right to refuse future services where accounts remain unpaid.


Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided to intellectual property, templates, resources, training materials, and coaching support, all purchases are final.

Non-Refundable Purchases Include:

Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Coaching Calls & Intensives

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice via email.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may be forfeited at our discretion.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the session being considered used.

Workshops & Events

Event tickets are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

If an event is cancelled by us, attendees will be offered:

a refund, or transfer to a future event where applicable

We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs associated with attending events.


Community Standards

For programs, memberships, group coaching containers, Telegram groups, or online communities:

We are committed to creating a respectful, professional, and supportive environment.

We reserve the right to remove participants without refund for:

abusive behaviour

harassment

repeated negativity or disruption

inappropriate conduct

breach of confidentiality

sharing another member’s private information

misuse of community spaces

Any confidential discussions shared within coaching containers, mentoring spaces, workshops, or community groups must remain private unless express permission is provided.

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to our website, programs, and resources. However, we do not guarantee that:
